NCRD - Newark Citizens for Responsible Development is made up of local business owners, former Newark officials and interested residents. Our goal is to provide another set of eyes and perspective on the community DRI* project known as "Newark Regional Health and Wellness Center".
*DRI is a New York State program that means Downtown Revitalization Initiative.
